The RAMs App Library contains many RAMs templates for different tasks. To copy the content, first access the RAMs App library module. This is done by selecting the "Library" option from the left-hand menu.
NOTE: The RAMs App library is available to Unlimited users only.
The library contains different types of content, use the fitlers towards the top of the page to filter the type of content needed.
Each item has its own "Card". Each card has an actions button at the top right corner. To copy the content to the companies database, select the action button and then select "Copy".
A pop-up window will then appear, asking for confirmation that this content should be copied. To copy the content, select the "Copy" button. Alternatively, select "Cancel" to stop the process.
A RAMs Template may contain additional content not in the company database. For example, the template may contain additional custom method statement groups. If this is the case, the system will load another pop-up window showing the addtional content needed. To continue copying the RAMs Template and the additional content required, select the "Save" button at the top right.
NOTE: The additional content will only be available for the Template. This will NOT appear as part of any new RAMs created going forward.
Once the content has been successfully copied it will then be immediately available from the "Templates" tab within the "Risk Assessment & Method Statement" module. You can review the Template and make changes if necessary.
