If the company has created custom content, which could help other users of the RAMs App system, why not share it? An activity which was not part of a work category or a Template you've found really useful for your industry. Sharing content is very simple, easy and might just make someones day! (or year).
Don't worry. we're not asking you to give away your trade secrets. Just to spread some best practices and knowledge with those in your industry.
To share content, first locate the item you would like to add to the RAMs App Library.
All content within RAMs app has an actions button, which is located on the right of the content. To share the content, select the action button and then select the "Share content" action.
A pop-up window will then appear to confirm that this content should be shared. Anything shared to the library will be available to all RAMs App users, even those outside of your organisation.
A confirmation message will appear once the content has been successfully shared to the library.
NOTE: Anything shared to the library can be recalled.
