The system will send an email to confirm that all persons invited to sign a toolbox talk have completed the Quick Sign. The User may then want a copy of the toolbox talk with the digital signatures attached.
To do this, the User would need to first find the toolbox talk which has been signed. The toolbox talks can be found within Training Manager > Toolbox Talks.
Once in this area, all of the toolbox talks will be displayed as cards. After locating the toolbox talk which has been signed, selected the action button. A small menu will then appear. To view the Quick Signs which have been sent for the toolbox talk, select the "Quick Sign" action.
A pop-up window will appear to explain that this toolbox has been sent for Quick Sign in the past. To view the previous Quick Signs, select the "Review" button.
A list of the existing Quick Signs will appear. To download a copy of the Toolbox Talk with the relevant Quick Sign attached, select the action button to the right of the correct Quick Sign. A small menu will appear. The User must then select the "Download" action.
A PDF will then download.
NOTE: Depending on your PC settings, the PDF may open immediately, or it may be stored in the downloads folder.
