If digital signatures are no longer required for a toolbox talk, the feature can be cancelled. Any invitation links accessed after the feature has been cancelled will no longer work.

To do this, first login to RAMs App. Once logged in, locate the document which needs the Quick Sign cancelled. Once found, select the "Quick Sign" action from the card menu.

As a Quick Sign has been sent for the toolbox talk, a pop-up will appear. To find the already sent Quick Sign, select the "Review" option.

Locate the Quick Sign which needs to be cancelled and then select the action button on the right. A menu will load. To cancel the Quick Sign, select the "Cancel" action.

The system will then ask for a reason why Quick Sign is being cancelled. To continue, enter a reason and then select "Confirm" at the bottom right.

A final confirmation window will appear. To complete the cancellation of Quick Sign, select "Yes". Selecting "No" will keep the Quick Sign feature active for the document.

Any signatures already recorded prior to Quick Sign being cancelled, will still be stored on the Quick Sign overview page. This is incase the Quick Sign is reactivated and saves inviting persons who have already agreed to the same document version.
