Recurring Quick Signs can be cancelled to prevent them from sending any future Quick Signs. A reason must be given whilst doing this and the system will track which user is stopping the Recurring Quick Sign.
To do this, the User would first need to find the Toolbox Talk the Recurring Quick Sign has been created for. Once the Toolbox Talk has been found, select the action button for the document and then choose "Quick Sign".
As a Quick Sign has previously been sent or created for this Toolbox Talk, a pop-up notice should appear asking the user how they would like to proceed. To update the recurring Quick Sign, select the "Review" option.
By default, the page which loads will show all the previously sent Quick Signs for the selected Toolbox Talk. To view the recurring Toolbox Talk settings, select the "Recurring" tab above the Quick Sign list.
The list will now display all recurring quick sign settings which are in place for this toolbox talk. Locate the one which needs updating. To cancel the Recurring Quick Sign, select the action button on the right. A menu will appear. Select the "Cancel" action.
A pop-up will then appear asking for a reason why the Quick Sign is being cancelled. The user must enter a reason. Once this has been entered, to continue, the user would select "confirm".
The pop-up will then ask to confirm the user does want to cancel the Recurring Quick Sign. To continue, the user would select "Yes".
A confirmation notification will then appear and the Recurring Quick Sign will be removed from the toolbox talk.
