To send a Toolbox Talk document for Quick Sign, first locate the Toolbox Talk you would like to have signed. The toolbox talk module can be found within Training > Toolbox Talk

Once found, to send the document for Quick Sign, select the "action" button at the top right of the card. From the menun which appears, select "Quick Sign".

A pop-up window will then appear. To help with tracking which job/task these signatures belong to, the user will enter a name and a reference. Once the details have been entered, to continue, select the "Save" button.

NOTE: If this is not the first time sending the toolbox talk for Quick Sign, a different pop-up will appear. Select "New" to create a new Quick Sign or select "Review" to look at previously sent Quick Signs.

The Quick Sign review page will then load. As this is a new Quick Sign, there is no one invited yet. To invite someone to sign the Toolbox Talk, select the "Options" button at the top right. A menu will then load. Now select the "Send for Quick Sign" option.

A new pop-up will appear. By default, this will allow the user to select one of the other RAMs App users to sign the Toolbox Talk. A user can be selected from the "Select a user" drop down. To invite non-RAMs App users, select the "Contacts" tab.

NOTE: Sending a toolbox talk via Quick Sign will automatically add this to the training matrix for the contract, once they have signed.

This area will allow the user to invite any contacts already created, or create a new contact to invite. To invite a contact, select the action symbols on the right side. This invite can be sent via email or SMS.

NOTE: Selecting the tickbox to the left of multiple contacts will allow the user to select "Send all via". This will allow the user to invite mutliple contacts at the same time, rather than inviting them one-by-one.

Once all of the contacts have been invited, they can be reviewed from the Quick Sign review page. The user can see this by selecting the "x" at to top right of the invite pop-up.

From this area, the user can see who has signed the document. The user does not need to remain here. Email notifications will be sent to the user once a person signs the document and again when all invited contacts have signed the document, making the Quick Sign complete.
