RAMs documents can be sent for review and approval. The review can be done by another company user or by someone who does not have a RAMs App account. This is done from the review page of a RAMs document. 


Select the actions button at the top right and then select the "Send the document for approval" option.




1. If the "Reviewer" has a company RAMs App Account


If the "Reviewer" has a company RAMs App Account, select the name of the person that you would like to add to the review team from the drop-down menu



The system will already have the company users details, so the job role and email address will be populated for you. To add the Company User to the Review Team, select the "Add user to review & sign list" button. 



The Company User will be added to the review team, which can be viewed towards the bottom of the page. 



2. If the "Reviewer" does not have a company RAMs App Account


If the "Reviewer" does not have a company RAMs App Account, set the slider at the top of the page to "No". 



As the system does not have the details for this person, the details will need to be added manually. Enter the follwoing:

  • Name
  • Job role
  • Email address


The custom message can also be updated. Once all of the information has been added, to add this reviewer to the review team, select the "Add user to review & sign list"




The reviewer will be added to the review team towards the bottom of the page. 



The system will send the document out for review, to one reviewer at a time. Starting with the reviewer at the top of the list. Once this reviewer has approved the document, it will then move to the next reviewer. The order can be changed by clicking and dragging the users around the list. 



After adding all of the reviewers and checking the order is correct, to send the document for review and approval, select the "Send for review & sign" button.
