Folders can be deleted from within the Manage Folders button. Only empty folders can be deleted, so the User may need to move all existing RAMs from one folder to another before they can be deleted.

To move the contents of one folder to another, the User will need to select the "Manage Folders" button located above the RAMs document.

A pop-up window will then appear showing all the folders available. A folder must be empty before it can be deleted. To move all the RAMs from one folder to another (making it empty), the User should select the "Move contents" button.

A second pop-up will then appear allowing the User to select the folder the RAMs are moving from and the new folder they should be moved to.

After setting the correct folders, to move the contents the User will select the "move contents" button.

A confirmation message will then appear. To confirm the contents should be moved, the User must select "move contents".

The system will then confirm the contents have been moved and returns the User to the manage folders pop-up. Now the folder is empty, it can be deleted. To delete the folder, the User will select the action button to the right of the folder. An action menu will then appear. The User can then select the "Delete" action.

The system will show a confirmation message to make sure the folder should be permanently deleted. If the User agrees to the folder being deleted, the system will then remove the folder and return the user to the Folder list.
