Assign multiple RAMs documents to a folder

Modified on Thu, 12 Sep, 2024 at 9:25 AM

If a User needs to assign more than one RAMs document to a folder, this can be done quickly via the Manage Folders button. The alternative would be to visit step 1 for each document and manually assign the folder there.

After selecting the "Manage Folders" button a pop-up will appear. This displays a list of all existing folders. To start assigning RAMs to one of the folders, the User will select the "Assign RAMs" button.

The pop-up will then change to show two tables. The left table shows all the RAMs in the system and which folder, if any, they currently belong to. There is a search bar to help with filtering to find specific RAMs. The right table shows the folders available.

The User can now select the RAMs from the left table using the tick boxes. Then select the folder which this should be assigned to on the right. After selecting the RAMs and the folder, to assign the RAMs to the new folder the User will click the "Assign" button at the bottom right.

The system will then reload the pop-up to show the new folders for the RAMs. To return to the folder management pop-up, the User should click the cross at the top right of the pop-up.
