Users can produce a QR code for their Toolbox Talks. This can then be shared with personnel on site or displayed on a screen equipment and/or posters on site.
The QR code can then be scanned by most smart devices with cameras. Anyone who scans the QR code would have access to the Toolbox Talk.
To create a QR code for your Toolbox, the User must first locate the document. There is a search bar and filters which can help with this.
After the document has been located, the User can then click on the action button for the document. This will load the action menu. To generate the QR code for the Toolbox Talk, the User will select the "QR Code" action.
A pop-up window will appear displaying the QR code for the Toolbox Talk. The User can now choose to download a PNG of the QR Code or copy the QR code to the clipboard.
