If a certificate needs to be removed from a contact, there are two options for this. In this help file we will look at how to remove the certification by visiting the contacts record. 


To start, please locate the contact. You will find the contacts by going to Training > Contacts. 




This will load a list of all contacts. You can use the search bar and filters above the list to find the exact contact. Once located, select the action button on the right side. This will load a small menu. To access the contacts record, select the "Edit" action. 



Once the record loads, click on the "Training Matrix" tab. 



You will then see a list of this contacts certifications. You must now locate the certification you wish to remove. There is a search bar above the list to help with this. Once located, select the action button on the right of the certification. A small menu will appear. To start the removal process, select the "Remove" action. 



A pop-up window will appear. Removing the certification will mean deleting all of the details for this contact. They cannot be recovered and would need to be manually re-entered the contact needed this certification in the future. To continue, select "remove". 



A second pop-up will appear, just to confirm this is what needs to be done. This also prevents you from accidentally deleting a certification in a few clicks. To continue, type the word Remove into the text box and then select "Confirm" at the bottom of the pop-up window. 



A confirmation message will display for a short time. The certification is now removed from the contacts record.
