Admins can create custom toolbox talks using Artificial Intelligence (AI). To do this, the Admin will need to head to the Training > Toolbox Talk area.
To generate a toolbox talk, the Admin will need to select the "Create New Topic" button at the top right of the page.
A pop-up will then appear asking how the Admin would like to create the Toolbox Talk. To generate the document using AI, the Admin will select the AI button/graphic.
The pop-up will then change to ask what the toolbox talk should be about. After the Admin has entered the topic, to create the toolbox talk, they will then select the "Submit" button.
NOTE: After selecting the submit the AI will begin creating the content. This process can take some time depending on the number of users generating at that time and your internet connection.
Once the AI has finished generating the content, the Admin will be taken to the Toolbox Talk review page. Another pop-up will appear to make the Admin aware that the content has been created by AI and should be reviewed for errors or unnecessary information. To continue, the Admin will need to tick the acknowledgement box and then select the "Ok" button.
The AI will not provide a "reason", "why" or "outline". These can be added by the Admin by selecting the hyperlink to expand those sections. These sections are not mandatory for a Toolbox Talk and the content can be completed without them.
The Toolbox Talk has now been generated and the Admin should review the content to make sure that all information is relevant. Any of the content can be reworded or removed if needed. Once the Admin is happy the content is correct, to Save the toolbox talk select the "Create" button at the bottom right of the page.
