Generate A Scope Of Works

The scope of works can now be generated to save the users time typing this out. The scope created by the system will be fairly basic but covers what is needed within a scope of works. Users can add to the generated text to give additional information if needed. 

To generate a scope of works, head to step 4 within any RAMs document. The "Scope of works" method statement should be the first method statement (this may have been re-ordered by the Company Admin). 

NOTE: If the "Scope of works" method statement has been edited by the Company Admin, this feature will not be available.

Once the User selects "generate" a loading message will appear. After a short wait, the Scope of Works will then be inserted into the method statement based on details entered into step 1 and step 3 of the document.
