Artificial intelligence (AI) can now be used to create Activities. The process is quick and easy but artificial intelligence (AI) is still being improved every day. It is very important that the user check over the Activity created before downloading or sending the RAMs document.

To generate an activity, head to step 3 in your RAMs document. First, the user will need to locate the activity group/work category that the activity will belong to. Once located, set the slider to "yes" for that group/category. The user will then select the action button which will produce a small menu. To generate an activity, the user will select "add activity".

A pop-up window will appear asking the User how they would like to continue. To generate an activity using AI, the user must select the AI graphic/button.

Another pop-up window will then appear. The user must complete the details to let the AI know what the activity involves. The number of steps can be set, which can be 5, 10, 15 or 20. Once all of the information has been entered, the User will select the "Submit" button to start generating.

NOTE: Generating content will vary in speed depending on the number of users attempting to create content at any given time and the speed of the internet. Please be patient.

After the content has been generated, another pop-up will appear. This will explain that the content has been created by AI but should be double checked by the User. After reading the statement, the User must tick the box to acknowledge they have read and understood it. The "Ok" button will then become available. For the user to continue to the new activity, they must select the "Ok" button.

The webpage will then be moved down to show the new activity. As this was created by AI, it should be reviewed. In this example the AI has created a 10 step activity but some of the steps are out of order or not needed. The User should now go through the steps and edit/delete the content which needs to change. Steps can be re-ordered by clicking and dragging them to the correct location. Every activity step has an action button on the right which will allow the user to edit or delete the step.

After the activity has been reviewed and the user has reordered, deleted and/or edited the steps, the User can repeat the process to create as many activities as is needed for this task/job. Here is the finished result after we made changes using the above example (including a tidy up of the activity name "guter").
