Artificial intelligence (AI) can now be used to create Risk Assessments. The process is quick and easy but artificial intelligence (AI) is still being improved every day. It is very important that the user check over the Risk Assessment created before downloading or sending the RAMs document.

To create a Risk Assessment, head into step 2 for a RAMs document. First the User will need to locate a hazard which the risk assessment will be for. Once located, select the tick on the left of the hazard and then select the "Assess Risk" button.

NOTE: A pop-up may appear here asking you to assess the risk, please select "assess risk" if prompted.

The Risk Assessment review page will then load for the hazard. This area shows all the risk assessments which are linked to the hazard. To generate a new hazard using AI, select the "Create new risk assessment" button at the top right.

A small pop-up will now appear, asking how the user wants to continue. To create a risk assessment using AI, the user must select the "AI" graphic/button.

The User is then asked to add a description of the hazard with as much detail as possible. After entering the description, to begin generating the risk assessment, the user will select the "Submit" button.

NOTE: Generating content will vary in speed depending on the number of users attempting to create content at any given time and the speed of the internet. Please be patient.

Once the AI has generated the Risk Assessment, the User is taken to the edit page for the risk assessment. Here a pop-up will appear to explain that the content has been created by AI but should be double checked by the User. After reading the statement, the User must tick the box to acknowledge they have read and understood it. The "Ok" button will then become available. For the user to continue into the Risk Assessment, they must select the "Ok" button.

The user can now review the content created by the AI. The system will not have assigned the persons at risk or set risk ratings. Both of these things should be added or adjusted by the User. Control measures can also include information which is not relevant to the task/job at hand. The wording within the control measures can be removed or edited to better match the job/task.

In the above example, the AI has created two control measures which are very similar. The user would remove or reword one so that this does not show up as a duplicate when being reviewed by a person later on.

Once the content has been reviewed and adjusted, to save the Risk Assessment and move back into Step 2 for the RAMs, select the "Continue" button.

This process can be repeated for the other risk assessments needed for a job/task if they are not already present in RAMs App's vast library of assessments.
