Creating contacts will help save time when it comes to inviting someone to sign a RAMs or Toolbox Talk document. Contacts can be found within the Training > Contacts area. 



When this area loads, it will display any currently created contacts. There is a filter option to help locate a specific contact if needed. To create a new contact, select the "+Create New Contact" button at the top right. 


NOTE: Contacts can be added from the Quick Sign invite modal too



A new page will then load. The user can now enter the details for the contact. Groups can be assigned but are not mandatory. Using a group can help quickly invite several contacts as groups can be filtered within the Quick Sign invite po-ups. After entering all the information, to complete the creation, select the "Save" button at the bottom right. 


NOTE: Mobile Number is also not mandatory but will be required if the contact needs to receive quick sign invites via SMS.



The new contact will now be available for all users when inviting someone to sign the Toolbox Talk or RAMs documents.
