Content which has been shared to the library by the Company Admin or the Company Users can be "recalled". This will take the content away from the library, so that users outside of the organisation no longer have access to copy it. 


To do this, first locate the content which has been shared to the library. One found, select the action button on the right of the content. Then, to recall the content, select the "Recall" action.



A pop-up will appear. A reason must be entered to explain why the content is being recalled. Once a reason has been entered, to recall the content, select "Confirm".



A confirmation message will appear to show the content was successfully recalled.
