The RAMs App Library may contain a Risk Assessment which is relevant for a hazard in the company's database. To copy the content, first access the RAMs App library module. This is done by selecting the "Library" option from the left-hand menu.
The library contains different types of content, use the filters towards the top of the page to filter the type of content needed.
Each item has its own "Card". Each card has an actions button at the top right corner. To copy the content to the companies database, select the action button and then select "Copy".
A pop-up window will then appear, asking for confirmation that this content should be copied. To copy the content, select the "Copy" button. Alternatively, select "Cancel" to stop the process.
A new pop-up window then appears when confirming the copy. The risk assessment needs to be linked to a Hazard. Select the Hazard Group and then the relevant Hazard to link the Risk Assessment to. Once the hazard group and hazard have been selected, to continue, select the "Link to Hazard" button.
NOTE: A new hazard group and/or hazard can be created by selecting the "New hazard/Group" option from the drop-down menus.
A confirmation message will appear to show the content has been copied successfully. The company users will now have access to the risk assessment when selecting the hazard it has been linked to.
