Templates are a great tool and can save a lot of time if you RAMs are often using the same Hazards and Activities. This might be a feature which is only discovered after using the system to create similar RAMs. To help save even more time, existing documents can be used to create Templates.
To do this, first locate the existing RAMs document which can be used to create a Template. Once found, select the action button at the top right of the card. Then, to create a template based on this document, select the "Create Template" action.
The system will load a small window asking for the Templates name. To continue, enter a name for the template and then select "Confrim".
Step one will load with the Template name recorded. This can be updated, and a reference can be added too. To complete the template creation, proceed through the four different steps.
NOTE: It is very important that each step is reviewed to make sure the content is appropriate for a template. Any document created using this template will copy the details from steps two to four.
After the information has been reviewed, to create the Template, select the "Save" button at the bottom right of the webpage.
The Template review page will now be displayed. This area will allow for any of the four steps to be updated via the "Edit" button, The template will now be available for use. To leave this page, select the "Return to current templates" button.
