RAMs Templates can be archived from within the "Templates" area of the "Risk Assessment and Method Statement" module.
Locate the Template which needs to be archived. There is a search bar here to help filter the list of current templates.
Each template has an action button on the right-hand side. Selecting this will load the actions menu. To archive a template, select the "Archive" action.
NOTE: Any templates which are archived by the Company Admin can only be restored by the Company Admin, not Company Users.
The template will be archived immediately and can be viewed within the "Archived Templates" tab.
