Over time the details within the RAMs Templates will need to be reviewed and updated. To update a template, first locate the RAMs Template. The search bar above the table can help with filtering the results.
Each template card has an actions button at the top right. Selecting this will load the actions menu. To make a change to a template, select the "Update" action from this menu.
The review page will then load, showing the different areas which can be updated for the template. To update an area, select the "Edit" button on the right side.
The system will then ask if the template should be edited, as it will result in a new version of the template being created. To continue, select the "Edit" button.
After updating the chosen area, the changes can then be saved using the "Save and Return" button or more updates can be applied to the different sections by selecting the "Continue" button.
When selecting the "Save and Return" button, the system will return the user back to the "Review page" and load a pop-up window. The window requires a reason to be added, to record why the template has been updated. To continue, after entering a reason, select "Save".
The template has now been updated and the change has been recorded within the template history.
