Archive a RAMs App Template

When a RAMs App template is no longer needed, it can be sent to the Archive. A company user can do this if they have the correct permissions. 

NOTE: If you have a Multi-User account, contact your Company Admin to update your permissions.

First locate the RAMs Template from the "templates" tab. There is a search bar at the top of the table, to help with finding the correct RAMs Template. 

Each of the RAMs Template cards has an actions button at the top right. Select this action button and an actions menu will appear. To archive the RAMs Template, select the "Archive" action. 

NOTE: Templates created by the Company Admin can only be archived by the Company Admin. 

The RAMs Template will be archived immediately. All archived RAMs Templates are held in the "Archived Templates" table just below the "Current Templates" table. This table is minimised by default, to expand it and view the archived templates, select the small arrow on the right-hand side of the header.
