The Company Admin can send a notificaiton related to a specific document from the RAMs App System. This can help with managing documents which are about to expire or have expired. However, this notification can be used for any reason. 


The action to notify the Company User will be available against documents within the "Expired/Expiring" table. This can be accessed from the Document Library within the Company Admin dashboard.



To see the expiring/expired documents, select the "Filter" button to the right of the search bar. Within here there are two radio buttons at the top. Select the "Expired/Expiring" option. 


NOTE: You can make the search more accurate by adding in the additional filters such as Document Type and Date Range. 



Now the filter is in place, the document library will be displaying all expired or expiring documents. Each of these documents has an action button on the right hand side. Selecting this will load a small menu. Select the "Notify Owner" option from the menu. 



A pop up window will appear, showing the Company User and their email address. The Company Admin can then enter a notificaiton. The notification will then be emailed to the Company User when the Company Admin selects "notify".
