How to change the order of Method Statement Groups

The Method Statement Groups can be reordered by the Company Admin. This will change the order in which they are displayed in step 4 of creating a Risk Assessment and Method Statement. 

To reorder the Method Statement Groups, first select the "Risk Assessment and Method Statement" module from the left hand side. 

Then select "Method Statment Groups" from the sub menu. 

There will now be a table showing all of the method statement groups within the company database. The method statement groups can be reordered by clicking and dragging the method statement group up or down the list. 

NOTE: Method statement groups cannot be dragged over different pages. If you have a method statement group which needs to move from one page to another, change the number of items displayed on the page to "ALL" (this is found at the bottom right of the screen)

The positions of the method statement groups are saved as the company admin moves them. There is no need to select a "Save changes" button. The method stement groups will begin displaying in the order the Company Admin has left them.
