Company administrators can view all documents created by the company users. If necessary, they will have the ability to cancel a Quick Sign as well as enable it if their users cannot. 


Cancel Quick Sign


To cancel a Quick Sign, first locate the document from the Risk Assessments and Method Statements table


Tip: Quick Sign only works with "Live" documents, try filtering the review status to help find the right document.



Once the document has been located, select the options button for the document. To cancel the quick sign, select "Cancel Quick Sign". 



The system will then ask for a reason why the Quick Sign is being cancelled. To continue, enter a reason and then select "confirm".



A final confirmation message will then appear. To cancel Quick Sign for the document, select Yes.




Enable Quick Sign


Enabling Quick Sign for a document is done in the same way. First locate the document. Then select the options button for the document. If the document is Live and does not already have Quick Sign enabled, to enable it, select "Enable Quick Sign". 



If Quick Sign has been cancelled for this document, a warning will appear to show who cancelled Quick Sign and when. To enable Quick Sign, select "Yes". 



NOTE: This warning does not appear if Quick Sign has not been cancelled for the document in the past.
