To publish/unpublish a toolbox talk, the Company Admin will go to "Training Manager > Toolbox Talk" on the left-hand side.



The Company Admin can then find a particular Toolbox talk from this area by either manually browsing the lists or using the Search function at the top of the table. Once the Toolbox talk has been located, the Company Admin can click on the "Visibility status" slider to change the status. 



If the slider was set to "Not visible", the company users will not be able to access the toolbox talk.
