Previewing a document allows for better error checking as the content can be seen exactly how others will view it once the PDF has been produced. Whilst previewing the document, if an error is found, this can be amended there and then.
Each section has an actions button located on the left-hand side. Selecting this action button will load the actions menu. To make changes to a section, select the “Edit” action from this menu.
A Pop-Up Screen will load showing the section which is being edited. Once the changes have been made, to return to the preview, select the “Save and exit” button.
The changes take immediate effect and can be seen on the preview. The rest of the document can now be reviewed for other errors. To return to the review page, select the “Back” button at the top right.
