05. How to Add New Work Categories to a RAMs App Account

Up to 25 work categories can be added to a RAMs App account from the “My Profile” area. 

 

To access the profile, select the username at the top right of the webpage. This can be done from any module within RAMs App. A menu will then appear. Select the “My profile” option.

Then, to update the work categories, select the “Work Categories” tab.

This tab shows all the current work categories linked to the RAMs App account. Below the “Current work categories” is another section for “Select work categories”. To add more work categories, click on the “Select a trade” option. A drop-down menu will then appear with all available work categories. More than one can be added at a time.

NOTE: If work categories need to be removed, please contact hello@rams-app.com

 

Once the additional work categories have been selected, to update the RAMs App account, select the “Add work category” button at the bottom right.

The work category will then be moved into the “Current work categories” section. Activities related to this work category will now appear in step 3 when creating a RAMs App document.
