Certain actions which have an impact on a document are recorded within a central location, allowing the Company Users to view all the updates, reviews and history of the RAMs documents. 


First, locate the document within the Risk Assessment & Method Statement module. Then select the small action button at the top right of the RAMs document card. This will load a small drop-down menu. To view the history, select the "Signatures & History" action. 



The history of the document will then be displayed in a timeline of events. Extra detail can be found for each entry by selecting the actions button on the right and then selecting "More information".


NOTE: Different entry types can have different actions. "has been made live" for example will allow you to download a copy of that document version.



The "more information" action loads a small popup window with additional details.
