The payment card details can be upgraded by heading to the "My Profile" section for the account. 

 

NOTE: If the payment has failed 3 times the subscription will have been cancelled. If this is the case, a subscription will need to be selected. A help file is available here to cover how to select a subscription package. 

 

To access your profile, the username at the top right of the webpage. This can be accessed from any page whilst logged in to the RAMs App account. A menu will then load. Select the “My Profile” option.

The user profile will now load, showing the personal details. To update the card details for the subscription, select the “Billing” tab.

This tab contains buttons towards the top right. To update the card details, select the "Update payment details" button. 



A pop-up will then appear, where you can enter the new card details. Once entered, to continue, click the "Update Card Details" button.

The details will now be changed and we will charge the plan to the new details for the next period.
