The RAMs App package linked to the account can be upgraded by heading to the "My Profile" section.
To access “My profile”, select the arrow icon next to the Username at the top right-hand side of the screen from any page within RAMs App. A menu will then appear. Select the “my profile” option.
The account profile will then appear. On the left of the screen, just below the company logo, there is an option to “Change Package”. Select this option.
The different RAMs App packages available will now appear, each split into its own column showing the features which can be accessed when subscribed to the package. Scroll down the page to view all the features.
NOTE: The slide at the top right can be switched between Annual and Monthly, to view the prices of each package depending on the frequency of the subscription payment.
To switch to a new package, select the “Change Plan” button towards the top of the columns.
Finally, the system will display an “Are you sure” pop-up window to confirm the decision.
NOTE: If you are downgrading the package, the system will show a banner which includes the date the downgrade will take place.
