Upload a Document to the Company Name Register

The H&S documents module has two tabs. The “RAMs App H&S documents” and the “Custom H&S Documents”. The custom tab holds all documents uploaded by the user. 

To upload a custom document to this module, select the “Add H&S Documents” button towards the top right of the page. 

This loads a simple form which must be completed to upload the document. The H&S document will need a title and the document can be dragged to the upload box. Alternatively, clicking the upload box will load the file explorer for the device. 

Once the document has been given a title and the file has been uploaded, to add the document to the “Custom H&S documents” tab, select the “Add document” button. 

The document will now appear within the "Custom H&S document” tab.
