Download a Document from the H&S Document Module

To access the H&S documents module, select the “H&S” documents module from the left-hand menu. 

By default the dashboard will open on the “RAMs App H&S Documents” tab. This area contains health and safety documents uploaded by the RAMs App team. 

Another tab is available, which is named “Custom H&S Documents”. This tab contains all of the H&S documents uploaded by the user. 

Use the search bar at the top right to help with locating a H&S document. Alternatively, manually through the pages available using the navigation menu at the bottom of the page. 

Each H&S document card has an actions button in the top right. To download a document, select the actions button and then select the “Download” action. 

The H&S document will then be downloaded and saved to the device. The location of the download is dependent on the internet browser and device settings.
