Adding a Manual Handling Assessment to a RAMs Document

Manual Handling assessments can be added to existing Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMs) documents from the review page. 

The option to add Manual Handling assessments will only appear if the Manual Handling Hazard Group has been selected in step when creating the RAMs document. 

To add a Manual Handling assessment to the RAMs document, select the “Add Assessment” button. 

This will begin the Manual Handling assessment which requires a few details before it can fully start. For more information on how to complete the different steps within the Manual Handling assessment, please see this help file. 

Once the Manual Handling assessment is complete, it will display on the review page of the RAMs document.
