Creating a COSHH Assessment in RAMs App is a 4-step process which involves inputting the following information:
- Substance details
- Control measures
- Usage details
- Activity review
Step 4 of the COSHH process allows the user to add and edit activities or exposure scenarios
To add another activity to the COSHH Assessment, select the "+Activity" button
This will then allow you to re-enter Usage details for the new activity following the same process as Step 3, Usage details.
Once all the Usage Details been added, Select the "Add Activity" button
The User will then be redirected back to Step 4 and the additional activity/scenario will be added to the Activity review table.
To edit any of the details from the activities that have been added, select the "Review" button and the User will be directed to Step 3 where they can edit any details that have been inputted
Once All activities/exposure scenarios have been added, select the "Save and Exit" button to be taken to the COSHH review.
The COSHH assessment can then be downloaded or emailed from the review page. This is done from the actions button at the top right.
