Additional PDF documents can be attached to a RAMs document from the review page. Below steps one to four and the additional assessments, there is an area for PDF attachments. To add a PDF, select the “Select or drop PDF files here” button.

The file explorer window will then open for the device. Locate and select the PDF which needs to be added to the document. The selected document will then display below the button. To complete the process, select the “Add PDF” button. 

 

NOTE: Multiple PDFs can be added to the review page at the same time. Select the “Select or drop PDF files here” as many times as needed until all PDFs appear in the list below the button.

Once added, the PDFs will appear in a list above the button. By default, any PDFs added this way will appear at the back of the RAMs document. Each PDF has an option to “Use as cover page”, Selecting this option will put the PDF at the from of the RAMs document instead.
