Changing the order within Sequence of Works (Step 3)

The order of all items which display in step 3 can be changed. Each of the work categories, activities and their activity steps can be clicked and dragged to a new location. 

First, locate the item(s) you want to move. There is a search bar to help locate specific items. 

To change the order of any item within step 3, click and hold the left mouse button on the item. The item can then be moved up or down (whilst still holding left click). 

The order you place the items is the order they will appear on the document. 

NOTE: Only selected items will appear on a document.
