To Unarchive an existing Risk Assessment & Method Statement, select the Risk Assessment & Method Statement tab on the left-hand side of the screen as you are looking at it. This will take you to the Risk Assessment & Method Statement dashboard.
The Risk Assessment and Method statement dashboard shows all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs Documents) made by the User.
To unarchive a RAMs document, Head to the “Archived Risk Assessment Documents” register which is directly under the Current Risk Assessment Documents register.
Select the Arrow on the right-hand side of the register header.
The register will then expand, displaying all archived RAMs documents. Each archived RAMs document card has an actions button at the top right.
RAMs documents within the archived documents register can be duplicated, restoring a copy of the document to the Current RAMs Document register. To duplicate an archived RAMs document, select the action button on the document card. Then select “Duplicate” from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation that the document should be duplicated. To continue with the duplication process, select “Duplicate”.
Step one of the RAMs document will then display, which contains the duplicated information. Each of the four steps will have duplicated information. It is very important that each step is reviewed carefully to make sure the information is relevant for the new task. Any of the details throughout the creation process can be edited.
Once each step has been reviewed, the duplicated document will be displayed with other RAMs documents within the Risk Assessment and Method Statement module.
