To archive an existing Risk Assessment & Method Statement, select the Risk Assessment & Method Statement tab on the left-hand side of the screen as you are looking at it. This will take you to the Risk Assessment & Method Statement dashboard.
The Risk Assessment and Method statement dashboard shows all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs documents) made by the User.
Each RAMs document card has an actions button at the top right. To archive the RAMs document, select the actions button and then select the “Archive” action from the drop-down menu.
The document will now be moved to the “Archived Risk Assessment Documents” register which can be found directly underneath the Current Risk Assessment Documents Register. To view the archived documents register, select the arrow on the right-hand side of the header.
The register will now expand to show archived RAMs documents.
