To update the details of an existing Company User, head to the User Management module.
The module holds a table of all the company users. There is a search bar to help with locating the existing company user. Once found, select the action button for the company user. Then, to update the details, select the "Update" action.
The User Profile will open, initially displaying the personal information. To save changes made to the personal information, select the "Update personal information" button.
To update the users work categories or activation status, select the "Activities" tab. If changes are made to the Company Users activities tab, to save the changes, select the "Continue" option. Then, on the next tab, select the "Update User Account" button.
