How to add additional or replacement GHS icons from the Company Admin Panel

To add an Image to a Method Statement Group, head to the risk assessment and method statement tab on the Left-Hand Side of the Dashboard as you look at the screen.

A Dropdown Menu will appear. Please select "Substance Images" to be taken to the next screen where new Images can be added to your company database.

A table which contains all Images that can be selected when adding GHS icons within your company account is displayed. To add an additional image, Select the "Add Substance Image" button:

Now take the following steps:

1. Type a title for the image into the text field

2. Upload the image that you would like to be displayed

3. Decide whether you would like the image to be selected or not selected, by default

4. To save the image to the database, select the "Create" button

The new Image will now appear in the Substance Images table and will be visible to all Company Users when creating COSHH Assessments within RAMs App.
