How to Add a Substance from the Company Admin Panel

To add a substance to the company library, head to the COSHH Assessment tab on the Left-Hand Side of the Dashboard as you look at the screen:



A Dropdown Menu will appear. Please select "Substance Register" to be taken to the next screen where the methods that a substance might be used or created can be added to your company database:



A table which contains all substances within your company account is displayed. To Add a substance, Select the "+Substance Register" button at the top right. 



Now complete the two steps, entering all of the required information. 


NOTE: Any information with a * is a required field. 



The Activity will now appear in the substance register and will be visible to all Company Users when creating or editing COSHH Assessments within RAMs App
