How to Add Substance Activities from the Company Admin Panel

To add Legislation, head to the COSHH Assessment tab on the Left-Hand Side of the Dashboard as you look at the screen.



A Dropdown Menu will appear. Please select "Substance Activities" to be taken to the next screen where the methods that a substance might be used or created can be added to your company database.



A table which contains all COSHH Substance Activities within your company account is displayed. To Add Legislation, Select the "Add Activity" button:



Now take the following steps:

1. Type in the name of the activity into the text field

2. Set the Visibility status as "Visible". If "Not Visible" is selected, the Substance Activity will not appear for Company Users within RAMs App

3. To save the new Substance Activity, select the "Create" button.



The Activity will now appear in the Substance Activities table and will be visible to all Company Users when creating COSHH Assessments within RAMs App
