To add an Image to a Method Statement Group, head to the risk assessment and method statement tab on the Left-Hand Side of the Dashboard as you look at the screen:
A Dropdown Menu will appear. Please select "Images" to be taken to the next screen where new Images can be added to your company database:
A table which contains all Images within your company account is displayed. To Add an image, Select the "Add Image" button:
Now take the following steps:
1. Select whether this image is related to "COSHH", an icon that you would like to be an option for "PPE" or an "Other".
2. Select the Method Statement Group you would like to link the image to ( If PPE or COSHH are selected, the Method statement Group will be Greyed out and you cannot select it. If "Other" is selected, you can now link the image to a Method Statement Group).
3. Give the image a title.
4. Upload the image
2. Set the visibility status (set this to "Visible" so that company users can access the image)
3. Select the Create button to add the image to your database.
The new Image will now appear in the Images table and will be visible to all Company Users when creating RAMs documents (Depending on the visibility status).
