How to add a Hazard Group from the Company Admin Dashboard

To add a Hazard Group, head to the risk assessment and method statement tab on the Left-Hand Side of the Dashboard as you look at the screen:

A Dropdown Menu will appear. Please select "Hazard Group" to be taken to the next screen where new hazard groups can be added to your company database:

A table which contains all Hazard Groups within your company account is displayed. To Add a New Hazard Group, Select the "Add Hazard Group" button at the top right:

Now take the following steps:

1. Type in the name of the Hazard Group into the Text Field 

3. Set a visibility status (This should be set to Visibile if you want the Company Users to access the new Hazard Group)

4. Select the Save Button once you are complete with adding this Hazard Group

The new Hazard Group will now appear in the Hazard Group table and visible to all Company Users when creating RAMs documents.
