If you would like to cancel your account, head to the My profile section.
Select the drop-down arrow next to the Username at the top right-hand side of the screen and select "My Profile".
The accounts personal details will now display, as well as the company logo. To cancel the subscription, select the “Change Package” button just below the logo.
The different packages available will be displayed. To cancel, select the “Cancel” button just below the subscribed plan.
A pop-up notification will appear on the screen to confirm that you would like to cancel. To complete the cancellation select “Yes”, or to stay subscribed, select “No”.
Once you have confirmed that you would like to cancel your account, a notification will appear on the screen confirming the date that your payment cycle will end.
You can continue to use RAMs App based on your plan until the end of the billing cycle.
