What if i just want to create a risk assessment?

The easiest way to create a risk assessment without a sequence of works is to:

• Complete Step 1 - Project details
• Complete Step 2 - Hazard ID and Risk Assessment
• Do not select any of the trade groups within Step 3 - Sequence of Works
• Complete Step 4 - Edit, remove or add any relevant information that you would like to include

Any information that is not entered will not appear on the completed document. There will be no reference to the missing fields and the numbering on the document and table of contents will automatically adjust to suit your selection.
